TEMPLO BONSAI CAFÉ.
This place specializes in pure deliciousness. While they have options for every taste—from healthy dishes for those who never skip a day of their diet, to energy bowls with fruit, salads, omelets, and light toasts—their specialty will make you want to indulge… guilt-free.
Their French toast comes in several varieties. If you have a sweet tooth, we recommend trying the Amazonas, the Mediterráneo, or their latest treasure, the Elvis-style, served with gelato, perfect for those who can never get enough sweetness. If you prefer a mix of sweet and savory, try the Canadian French toast or the Honey Spicy, the star of the show. The latter, with breaded chicken strips and honey, has the perfect touch of everything right in one dish.
We’re sure that whatever you choose at this spot will be totally worth it. What are you waiting for? Invite that foodie you love discovering and sharing new dishes with!

AMENA.
Amena is one of those spots in the city where you don't know whether to enjoy the food or focus on being aesthetic in every corner while brunching. We absolutely love their style.
Their menu offers a variety of must-try dishes, both sweet and savory. If you visit Amena, we recommend trying one of their best: The gordita ahogada with chicharrón. It’s made with blue corn masa, bathed in a delicious adobo sauce, and served with two sunny-side-up eggs, topped with cheese for a spectacular touch. It’s finger-licking good!
In addition to its incredible flavor and cozy atmosphere—perfect for working or brunching with friends—it has its own coffee brand and bakery. So, there are no excuses not to visit.

PALREAL.
Our last spot is a total favorite. It has so many options on the menu, whether for brunch or lunch, that it’s hard for us to choose just one. But if we have to decide on a recommendation for our readers, we’ve already picked the winner.
And that is because the encacahuatadas have stolen our hearts since this place first opened. We know that we locals love anything smothered in a good sauce, and this star dish is no exception. Stuffed with ricotta and cactus, and covered in an exquisite peanut sauce that adds an incomparable flavor, they come served with cheese, cream, radishes, and cilantro.
If you haven't tried them yet, you now have the perfect reason to stop by this weekend and enjoy this Mexican delicacy. While you're at it, we recommend exploring the many other options this place offers; we guarantee that, just like us, you won't be able to pick a favorite.
