Exposed beams, spiral staircases and open spaces, ideal for productions or long stays.
Steps from mezcal bars, craft breweries and specialty cafés.
A building from the fifties, restored in 2018. It keeps its original windows and much of its layout. The work focused on restoring the height and light that had been closed off: double-height spaces, exposed brick walls and a skylight at the center of the house.

It was born in 1898 as Colonia Porfirio Díaz. It changed its name with the Revolution, slept for half a century and woke up again house by house. Today Time Out names it the coolest neighborhood in the world: 128 years stacked into French-style mansions, Art Deco and Mexican modernism.
By day: galleries, specialty coffee and chef-driven kitchens. As evening falls: a nightlife that never dims along Chapultepec and Américas.
Probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Not only was it beautifully designed, it was in a perfect location. I'm buying a house in my city and I'm going to borrow design elements from this loft for my own home.
New York, New York
I loved the minimalist concept and the way Mexican culture is woven in. It's a small place, but it has everything you need. The anti-tourist map with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations was a really nice touch. The value for money is unbeatable.
Mexicali, Mexico
Excellent location and very well equipped for a couple's trip. It's exactly what you need. There's plenty to do nearby, and it's just minutes from downtown.
