Fifteen apartments for mid- and long-term stays in Colonia Americana. Fully equipped with kitchens, washer-dryers and terraces.
The facade keeps the latticework that made the building stand out from the street in the sixties.
Fully equipped apartments with a kitchen, washer-dryer and terrace: they work just as well for a few nights as for weeks or months.
Five per floor, all one-bedroom. A dedicated elevator serves every floor.
Steps from the galleries, cafés and chef-driven kitchens of Latin America's most celebrated neighborhood.
The building began life as a residential block: two enormous double-height apartments per floor, left unused for years. In 2022 it was rehabilitated and divided into fifteen apartments, five per floor. From the original, the facade's latticework and the dividing walls that once defined the layout remain.

It was born in 1898 as Colonia Porfirio Díaz. It changed its name with the Revolution, slept for half a century and woke up again house by house. Today Time Out names it the coolest neighborhood in the world: 128 years stacked into French-style mansions, Art Deco and Mexican modernism.
By day: galleries, specialty coffee and chef-driven kitchens. As evening falls: a nightlife that never dims along Chapultepec and Américas.
I thought we had booked an Airbnb, but it was almost like staying at a hotel. There was housekeeping and breakfast every day, and it's within walking distance of both Centro and Colonia Americana. I'd definitely come back.
Toronto, Canada
It's perfectly located between downtown and Colonia Americana. The apartment is very nice, well designed and has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. It feels like staying at a friend's place. Excellent design.
Mexico City, Mexico
This is my second time staying here. It's the best Airbnb. Excellent location. Barrio México is my second home whenever I'm in Guadalajara.
