We restore houses. We live in neighborhoods. We serve the coffee. We share the barrio.
The freedom of a house.
The comforts of a hotel.
Each neighborhood has its own rhythm: choose where you want to stay and we’ll show you the houses that live there.
A Pedro Castellanos house, 1942. Restored in a wabi-sabi key: terracotta, lime plaster, Oaxacan textiles and handmade cement tile floors.
A restored 19th-century Porfirian-era residence with a plunge pool, central courtyard, stained glass and rooftop. Original facade, clay walls and cement tile floors.
Rooms and apartments in a 19th-century Porfirian-era residence with a plunge pool, central courtyard and rooftop. Ideal for booking the whole house.
Fifteen apartments in Colonia Americana for long or short stays. Equipped kitchens, washer-dryers and terraces.
Four double-height apartments in a building from the fifties. Polished concrete, exposed beams and a few brick walls.
Six apartments in a 19th-century mansion. Central courtyard with plunge pool, cement tile floors and Mexican-Arab design.
Colonia Santa Tere wakes up early, between the market and the taquerías. Colonia Americana, the most awarded in Latin America, lights up at night among galleries, mezcal bars and chef-driven kitchens. Colonia Centro holds the churches of the old town, twenty minutes from the Americana; Colonia Chapalita, the roundabouts of a garden neighborhood. Four different neighborhoods, one shared pace.
get to know the barrio →On the ground floor of Casa Morelos we grind each morning’s coffee. Guests’ breakfast comes out of there, and neighbors come in too.
Specialty coffee with beans from small producers in different regions of Mexico, and homemade breakfast to go: chilaquiles, wraps and cinnamon rolls.
Explore the kitchen →Complimentary breakfast is not included at Casa Ixaya, Casa Blanco or Casa Teresa
We’re closed on Tuesdays.
Our houses are more than a place to sleep: they also open up for events and photo and video productions.

Spaces with a unique architectural identity for brands looking for something more than a white room.
Subject to availability. Check whether the event is possible at this house before booking.
There were 11 of us for a wedding and it was the perfect place. The pictures don't do it justice: beautiful, spacious, and every room with its own bathroom.
Perfect for our bachelorette weekend. 22 people in 11 rooms, each with its own bathroom. It was literally perfect.
A group of 10, and we loved the layout of suites with private bathrooms for each couple. The communal kitchen was ideal for getting together. A 15-minute walk from downtown.
Probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I'm buying a house in my city and I'm going to borrow design elements from this loft for my own home.
A whole house with several rooms that open onto a central plunge pool. The rooftop was our main gathering spot.
I loved the minimalist concept and the way Mexican culture is woven in. The anti-tourist map with recommendations was a really nice touch.
This is my second time staying here. Barrio México is my second home whenever I'm in Guadalajara.
A different kind of stay in GDL. A charming neighborhood, Santa Tere, that still keeps its authentic local feel. The apartment is new and super comfortable.
We loved the art throughout the house. A hammock in the courtyard to unwind was the cherry on top.
