Six apartments in a 19th-century mansion. Original floor plan with a central courtyard and plunge pool, cement tile floors and Mexican-Arab design.
The central courtyard has its own plunge pool, surrounded by cement tile floors, with original ironwork throughout much of the house.
A reinterpretation of the Arab-Spanish courtyard, with original arches and an open kitchen.
Two large courtyards, a central plunge pool and an upstairs room with a domed ceiling.
An award-winning heritage restoration in Guadalajara's historic core.
A 19th-century mansion in the city's historic core, restored in 2017 in what we call the Mexican-Arab style. Two large courtyards, true to the structure of the family homes of the era. The original arches, the open kitchen and a cantera stone fountain hidden beneath a seventies concrete slab were all recovered. An upstairs room with a domed ceiling. Regional materials: perón, polished concrete, white plaster, clay, mosaic and ceramic. A palette of almond, green and turquoise.

Quarry stone, domes and colonial courtyards: the oldest heart of Guadalajara, with its cathedral, markets and the most walkable street grid in town.
I stayed with a group of 10 and we loved the layout of several suites with private bathrooms for each couple. The communal kitchen was ideal for everyone to get together. Just a 15-minute walk from downtown.
San Bernardino, California
I'd stay again without a second thought. Each room was independent from the others, but there were shared areas like the kitchen and living room. The area is quiet, and Lourdes, the housekeeper, was super attentive. Highly recommend.
Hermosillo, Mexico
The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. It's perfect for large groups: six private studios with bathrooms and a little kitchen. Cozy, pleasant and safe. I'd stay again without hesitation.
