And what are you grateful for today?
A day to celebrate gratitude and togetherness.

One of the most commemorative North American celebrations, which has gained significant relevance in Mexico in recent years, is Thanksgiving. By this, we mean the focus on living in a constant state of gratitude for our surroundings and our lives.
Of course, many people in our country celebrate it as well—not necessarily with a holiday as prominent as in the United States or Canada, but through gatherings with friends and family, or through personal ceremonies or rituals. Everyone adapts this tradition to the different ways we have of expressing thanks.
Ultimately, that is the beauty of this tradition: a day to celebrate gratitude and togetherness, and to give thanks for the blessings received throughout the year.

We know we are in Mexico, and as always, we love to take and adapt the best of such meaningful traditions. That is why we took on the task of finding some key points on how to implement a life full of gratitude.
JOURNAL.
· Write down two or three things you are grateful for every day, either at the end of the day or before going to bed. This will help train your mind to focus on the positive.
SAY "THANK YOU".
· This is one of our favorites, as these words are so simple yet so important. Express your gratitude verbally to the people around you; it can also be through small gestures.
REFLECTION.
· It is important that, before sleeping, we reflect on our day, reviewing those moments that brought us joy or satisfaction, no matter how simple they may be.

"INVISIBLE THANKS".
· Just because you don't have physical contact with certain people doesn't mean you can't thank them. Think, for example, of a restaurant chef or the author of a book that inspired you; you can thank them in your thoughts.
CONNECT WITH NATURE.
· Being in contact with nature helps us appreciate the beauty of the simple things. Every now and then, take a getaway to the mountains or the beach to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself.

It is not easy to adapt or integrate these actions into your daily activities, especially when we live immersed in a world saturated with content and information everywhere. It is hard for us to disconnect to delve deeper and reflect on ourselves, to turn off that mental noise for a moment and reduce the daily stress we have already started to get used to.
But, what if we told you that living a life of gratitude and calm is possible? This can be achieved simply by becoming aware of our actions, words, thoughts, and emotions. It is about taking responsibility for all of this at the end of each day, as if we were performing a reset every time we go to sleep, unloading everything that has accumulated.

It sounds easy, but it is a task that requires a lot of consistency and discipline, just like any other activity we do. It is necessary to implement these acts of gratitude every day until our mind and consciousness integrate them naturally, making them part of our daily routine.
Of course, this won't happen by magic, and learning to be grateful in both good times and bad is no simple task. However, if you start today, little by little, to incorporate these small actions, you will discover that, almost without realizing it, your life will take on new meaning, giving you a valuable perspective on everything around you.
