LA ISLA CENTENO.

If you love drifting out to sea and feeling the waves on the sand, this duo will steal your heart with their incredible music. Formed in 2019 by María Centeno and Lito de la Isla—both neighbors from Guadalajara—they started this wonderful project to give life and voice to their songs.

Many of their tracks are written for broken hearts, but above all, for that healing process that happens when we least expect it. Their style is a journey into the sound of old boleros with a contemporary twist and the beautiful voice of their lead singer, María. Currently, their song “Un bolero estelar” is featured in a Netflix series, cementing them as a fan favorite. Keep an eye on this duo; you’ll surely see them opening stages at many festivals in cities like Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey, and Querétaro, among many others.

CALONCHO.

One of our all-time favorites will always be Caloncho. With his good vibes and optimism, he puts us in a great mood every single day. Óscar Alfonso Castro, better known by his stage name, started in 2015 with the release of his first album, making us fall in love with his authentic songs.

This talented artist from Guadalajara describes himself as an activist, singer, and songwriter of tropical, reggae, and pop music. He has won several awards for his style and his debut album, “Fruta.” A great mentor and friend in his career was the singer Siddhartha, who encouraged him from the beginning, describing him as “A musical necessity to help extract the sweet juice of his fruitful melodies.” Since then, he hasn’t stopped surprising us with his incredible albums and his unique sound. His music is perfect for waking up with energy and a lot of happiness.

LOS RUMBEROS.

This duo has a unique style when it comes to making magic with their music. Formed in 2013 by two guys from Guadalajara, Lito de la Isla and Paul Sefchovich, while they were studying in Boston, Massachusetts. Their songs feature a blend of acoustic rumba, pop, and Latin styles that will have you dancing and singing from the very first minute.

Their lyrics stand out for the fun and relaxed way they describe the love stories many of us have in our heads—the ones that were left unsaid—which they’ve managed to turn into music. Among their best-known collaborations is “Agua Salada” ft. Ximena Sariñana. Follow this talented pair because you’re going to love them.
